DSpec HYPER is an online drone racing simulation series designed for participants aged of 18 and under. By participating in this event, all racers and their guardians acknowledge and agree to the following.

1. Parental Consent: Participation in DSpec HYPER requires parental or guardian approval for all racers aged 18 and under.
2. No Liability: DSpec HYPER, its organisers, sponsors, and affiliates are not responsible for any technical issues, software malfunctions, or personal losses arising from participation in the event.
3. Fair Play & Conduct: Participants must follow all race rules, maintain sportsmanship, and engage in respectful behavior at all times. Any misconduct may result in penalties or disqualification.
4. Internet Safety: DSpec HYPER uses online platforms such as Discord and VelociDrone for race coordination. While we take steps to create a safe environment, parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their child’s online activity.
5. Content & Media: By participating, racers and their guardians agree that event highlights, race footage, and usernames may be used for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested.
