DSpec HYPER respects the privacy of all participants, especially minors. This policy outlines how we handle personal data:

1. Information We Collect: We may collect basic participant details such as email, phone number, age category, and race performance data. No sensitive personal information is required.
2. How We Use Data: Collected information is used solely for race organisation, leaderboards, and communication related to the event. We do not sell, share, or distribute personal data to third parties.
3. Online Safety: All official race communications will be conducted through approved channels with moderation in place. However, parents/guardians are encouraged to monitor their child’s interactions.
4. Data Retention: We retain race results and leaderboard standings for historical reference but do not store unnecessary personal data beyond the duration of the event.
5. Parental Rights: Parents/guardians can request the removal of their child’s data at any time by contacting us.
